Recently, three core products of Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co., Ltd. (Zhiguang Electric)—the Intelligent High-Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) System, High-Voltage Static Var Generator (SVG), and Liquid-Cooled C&I All-in-One Energy Storage System—were successfully selected for the second batch of the 2025 Guangdong High-Quality High-Tech Products List, thanks to their outstanding performance advantages, strong technological foundation, and broad market prospects.

Intelligent High-Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) System


Developed entirely in-house by Zhiguang Electric, the Intelligent High-Voltage VFD System adopts a phase-shifting transformer paired with a cascaded multilevel H-bridge power unit architecture, delivering true high-voltage to high-voltage variable-speed motor control. As a core technology for industrial motor energy efficiency and high-performance operation, the system features eight major technical advantages, including robust high- and low-voltage ride-through capabilities, impact-free direct start for rotating loads (STT technology), high-voltage output short-circuits protection (SCP technology), and adaptive acceleration/deceleration control. It is widely applied in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, municipal engineering, mining, and other high-energy-consumption industries, significantly improving motor efficiency and equipment reliability while enabling energy savings and intelligent O&M.

High-Voltage Static Var Generator (SVG)


As a key device for comprehensive power quality management, Zhiguang’s SVG replaces traditional capacitor- and reactor-based reactive compensation with fully controlled power-electronic components, achieving fast and precise reactive power regulation. With millisecond-level response speed, high operational efficiency, and strong harmonic suppression capabilities, the device supports multi-unit parallel operation and is adaptable to complex grid conditions. It has already been widely deployed in renewable power plants, distribution networks, industrial facilities, and electrified railway systems, providing essential support for grid voltage stability, equipment protection, and renewable energy integration.

Liquid-Cooled C&I All-in-One Energy Storage System


This system is developed based on Zhiguang Electric’s low-voltage string-type PCS technology and features a liquid-cooled thermal design, delivering high safety, intelligence, and integration. It supports multiple functions, including stabilizing renewable energy output, peak shaving and valley filling, frequency and voltage regulation, and emergency backup power.
